Exchange and cancellation policy in Myshop subjects to the following conditions:
All orders non confirmed payments will be cancelled automatically within 24 hours.
Exchange and cancellation requests must be made before 48 hours after receipt of the request.
All requests for exchange and cancellation must be sent via the Contact Us service in our website.
The product tray must be closed (not open completely) as the original condition.
The customer bears the shipping costs in case of exchange or cancellation of any product.
All amounts of cancelled products will be returned to the customer bank account within
tow or three business days, and in terms of misconception in the customer's order
for cradit card 15 days.
